Obstacle vs Human by barbajoe

I've been thinking about this a bunch recently. I can't talk to my opponents before I fight them. Because before I fight them, they are an obstacle to my success. But as soon as I talk to them, they are now human, and almost inevitably they become friends. Because people who do Muay Thai are my people, so we tend to get along quite well.
