Who to Follow
Updated: Feb 13, 2023
There are of course a lot of amazing people, these are simply my favorites to follow.
Sylvie Von Duuglas-Ittu
If you follow one person on this list, have it be Sylvie. She's done more for the sport than anyone else I've seen, and her Muay Thai Library project is incredible.
James Nichol

James Nichol is a professional nutritionist for Nak Muay, and has also had severe injuries that he has been very open about his recovery from. With those two things together, he is a wealth of information for fighters at all levels.
Don Heatrick
Heatrick has an enormous amount of information for training, weight managment, motivation, and more. One of my favorite things he's done is this video on discipline.
Ian 'Ironheart' Greer
Ironheart is a Muay Femur who has been fighting in Thailand on and off for the the past several years and, as of this writing, is back in Thailand and actively fighting; with a recent win in Lumpinee Stadium.
Angela Chang

Angela is an active fighter training in Thailand, a writer for multiple organizations, and co-founder of Fight-Hers, a "Women-forward fight community".
ONE Championship
ONE FC is my favorite FC, and although they do have some paid streaming options, the majority of their shows are streamed for free via their YouTube channel.
